I would never tell them if I intended to fight it. In fact, when I left I intended to pay it and wasn't really considering fighting it. They all told me that I was wrong when I didn't show my ID and I had no reason not to believe them. On the way back I kept trying to figure out if not showing my ID is illegal then why doesn't my ticket say that? Why does it say "unruly behavior?" After a little research I decided that it is at least worthwhile to have it all explained to me in court.Anyway, I appreciate your advice and I will keep you posted as to what happens. I saw your post on the LACMTA yahoo goup. I will keep everyone updated there as well. |
