If they are that willing to trump up charges have a friend stake you out with a video camera so you can prove in court you never left the road. If it's about profit introduce the threat of lawsuits as a nice big fat cost."The trobule is you are suggesting a very high risk activity with no guaranteed return on investment of time and money (lawyer's fees). You can always have the bad luck to get a jury who decides you deserved what you got. Or to put it another way, if what you suggest is such a good idea, why aren't you doing it? |
