If I worked until midnight, I'd probably go to sleep when I get home (let's say by 1:00), and then get up 8 or 9:00AM. That's what I thought. You're body doesn't work like that. You'll need 3-4 hours at least to unwind before you can sleep. Those were 3 lost years for me, since I slept or worked through the most important parts of the day and night, and I functioned when most of the world did not. However, it's the perfect work schedule for someone active on the club scene. |
