I'm sure that I could have handled the whole situation better. But I was taken so much by by surprise that I kind of verbally stumbled through the first few seconds.There was no arrest made. When I asked why he was handcuffing me, he said it was for both of our safety. I asked what happened that made the situation unsafe he said that we're on a train platform, trains are only feet away, and the fact that I was not complying with his request made me a potential threat to his safety. |
