I said it before and I`ll say it again, "I`d love to be around when you make a mistake." ie: 36mph in a 35mph zone.These arguments mean a great deal in the real world, it gets deserving employees back to work, when they have made a mistake. Good Shop Stewards and Business Agents make these arguements before management all the time. While you hold all Unions in disdain, good representation is invaluable, especially when you are on the receiving end of a disciplinary action. |
