I acknowledged the fact that it has to be enough to go stir crazy working a low use station like Van Alst in the middle of the night. However, you STILL have absolutely no excuse to sleep on the job.The real issue is the fact that NYCT (with the union's agreement, of course) insists on keeping low-use stations staffed in the overnight hours. As much as I loathe the LIRR, at least they don't keep every station staffed at all times. My LIRR/NYCT blog |
