I'm feel bad that you, or anyone else for that matter is still going through this. Its easy for others to say, "yes fight this till the end of time". The reality in many situations though is that many folks cannot afford to lose the days pay that it may take to fight it. If you have the time at work, then by all means go for it. I have no doubt that if you do, it will get dismissed. You will have hundreds of train buffs on this board pulling for you. |
