If you did not have ID on you, you could have said "I don't have ID on me," and you would have done nothing wrong. The supervisor correctly pegged you as a railbuff and gave you your camera back. I think if you take your summons to court it will be dismissed. As to whether or not your name should be on the list, consult an attorney.
