I would have to agree with Victor M. While I have never seen the staircases myself I was with an older friend of mine walking in that area and he showed me the spots where the 4 staircases came up to the street, 2 on each side. You can still see the outlines for them. The cement work wasn't done exceptionally well and is easy to see. |
