Most likely it will be WMATA. It seems that the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority people wants the Dulles line, AND THEY WANT IT NOW, and they will literally shove it down Virginia's throat [and Virginia WILL like it because they will mostly be off the financial hook], and screw the Feds. This line will be up and running by 2011, take that to the bank. |
