How isn't it bootleg? It was built with stolen money! Those folks don't pay federal taxes, but they sure as hell are good at consuming them. What was the local contribution to Tren Urbano, 20%? 1.5 billion dollars and they can't even do it WMATA-like. With a top speed of 62mph it's the same crap as Miami, Baltimore and LA, just with somewhat nicer, more expensive Siemens cars. |
