Certainly likely to be useful, but the one mile price is more than the whole project should cost if a. were designed not to waste money, b. no graft/grift built into thescheduling and timing of the work. Ever since the building of BART promised at $792 million, came in closer to $2,3 Billion, and with built in dysfunctional hardware.Essentially, transit projects are an extension of DoD purchasing--patronage distribution with $72 allen wrenchs. |
