Not when you have to go up and over for transfers at Jamaica that are no longer timed. Not when off peak port Washington service is hourly to Penn and hourly to grand central. Much easier to take the 42nd street shuttle than take your chances at Jamaica. You would be surprised at people wanting to take anything just to get into Manhattan and then deal with it from there. |
