"Those who travel to lower Manhattan via the subway from Flatbush Ave are not included in the MTA's Manhattan bound population."The MTA wants those passengers forgotten, especially as most of them now have an extra transfer at Jamaica. Their formerly direct trains are now heading for GCT. |
