That's one of the downsides of taking many years to get a single project done. The trend was perhaps there of everyone on the East Side trying to rush over to the West Side for their trains, but along the way Hudson Yards gets built.I'm not saying Hudson Yards alone changes the whole arrangement; I'm just using your example as an illustration that the city that planned GCM is different from the city that actually opened it. |
