As I cited prevbiously, the lA Times report suggested insider information as to which container to hit from employees at the loading/port facilities. Unlikely that ALL of those persons are without legal paperwork.That sdaid, anyone who is surprised that recent arrivals w/o papers would not be easy hires by criminal enterprises ... Of course, no one who entered the US w/false or non existent papers a century ago from "white" Europe ever participated in any criminal behaviors. |
