This is what I heard, but don't take it as gospel.CCYD got an extra 16 cars from CIYD to increase their spare factor once there were a good amount of R211's in service. In return CIYD got more than 16 R46's from Pitkin to take their place. With this R160 wheel issue, CCYD sent 16 random cars to G service, bringing them back to their 276 car allotment. |
