I remain interested in both the history, and further route extensions/service changes, but as to equipment...meh. I live in BART territory which ran its last legacy cars a while back. (Yes I was out that day) So, for me it is just a mediocre subway (no owl service...) which overcharges (distance based rates, no passes ) That said, I do make efforts to take youths on the rails--for instance a ride on the first all EMU day of Caltrain service. |
