As far as Brewster North goes, a small campaign to re name the station Putnam Junction or Put Junction went nowhere...like the location of the station, in the middle of nowhere. An even more remote station is Campbell Hall on the Port Jervis Line. I used to joke that it was in the middle of a cow pasture. I wasn't far wrong. Its next to a horse ranch. Larry, RedbirdR33 |
