BMT Rt. 2 Broadway-4th Avenue Locals replace Rt.1 Broadway-Brighton Local on the IND Queens Boulevard Line. My recollection is that the Brighton trains were Standards but the 4th Avenue locals were R27/30s. I don't recall ever seeing Triplexes on Queens Bl. August 1967, three months before Chrystie (which put the EE on Queens Bl. and sent the RR to Astoria):  June 1970, with the R16 EEs:
