It looks like only a single track was in use for all or part of the run from the Hell Gate to Shell Interlocking. That will soon be four tracks if I'm remembering correctly

Soon? It's getting built? Where did the money come from? I don't recall either the MTA or Amtrak or any private operator putting up the cash.
