I was on board that second day when we went BIE around Prince's Bay Southbound, slipped on some leaves and from there noticed the flat wheels afterwards. 105-109 ALL have flat spots on their wheel and have not even entered service yet.There's a number of locations along the railway line where the train suddenly is thrown into BIE; with slippery rails from falling leaves and sudden braking flat wheels are inevitable. Fortunately it is not the same problem as 4085 from last year with that severe flat spot from a seized-up gearbox (and another 43xx set a few weeks ago). |
