Speaking of which, why aren't trains that overshoot by just a bit (1-2 cars) allowed to back up?In NYCT only was that train gets backed up is because of an emergency with the proper personel in the area and with permission from OCC... ANY OTHER times not allowed period. Quick way to lose those handles... |
