The five-section articulated unit known as the "Zephyr" begins service today on the No 13 Fulton Street Line of the Brooklyn-Manhattan Transit Company. The "Zephyr" was built by the Edward G. Budd Company of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Originally it is numbered 7002-8002-9001-8003-7003. In 1937 it was re-numbered to 7029 A, B, C, B1and A1.
