While I was working (now 10 1/2 years retired) a few cops told me they are no longer taught that in the academy.Yet at the same time Control Center told us to signal for police en-route. They couldn't care less if you got help or not. As long as the railroad kept moving. Except with a sick passenger. They got burned a few times. |
