That only lasted for a short time in the 60s. After the 1966 strike, while they kept a TA patrolman on trains between 800P and 400A, they stop isolating the rear cars of the trains. Some time in the 1980s if I recall, they tried that again and no matter at what station he train was at the closest time to 800PM, the C/R moved the passengers to the forward section and only opened the doors on the forward section.
