Given how long numbering, letters, color schemes have been employed by various transit operations, you would think agencies did not have to keep changing them. Of course there is always the problem of a new honcho who needs to "mark" the agency with a new improvd system spending cash on new signage on the equipment the stations rtc instead of better service."new boss same as the old boss, won't get fooled again" (Townsend). |
