The main purposes of a St. Nicholas Avenue connection to the 8th Avenue Line from the SAS would be:Allowing access from the SAS to 207th and Concourse Yards. Allowing the (A) and (D) to in an emergency be able to use the SAS to get to 63rd and from there to the 6th and eventually 8th Avenue lines. |
