There was either a MOD or Transit Museum tour that visited the abandoned 91st Street station on the 1, then both 18th and Worth on the 6, City Hall and the N/B platform at BB

Most likely a transit museum sponsored tour. I attended all MOD trips and don't recall visiting those abandoned stations you mentioned.
