It took less than 2 minutes for this train from the time it started to move to when it entered the curve from Park to 63rd. Presumably during those same 2 minutes a train could have been coming into GCT. And 2 minutes later (or even sooner) another train could have been leaving GCT from a different platform.

So that would suggest that they can run at least 30 tph, probably more. They are only running 24 tph in the draft schedules, IIRC.
