It may have been the wrong shade of paint to be applied on #3189 (looking more aquamarine greenish), as this was done with volunteers at 207th Street Shop. It could have been better, but I will give them credit in reviving the car after that NYCTA facility was to receive them, as transferred from Pitkin Yard in 2017, and putting them on the list of cars to be restored.
