Could be the other way around, although it looks to me that all tracks may have been used for passenger trains; it was obvious that there were more than two.Back when SEPTA destroyed its own diesel services, there was no reroute from Reading Terminal to the lower level of 30th Street. Also, no plans to resurrect the Chestnut Street station location for such a purpose, even though that is actually in the city of Philadelphia rather than West Philadelphia on the "wrong" side of the Schuylkill River. |
