I`m with you on that. My plan is to get all the famous Philly people along with the sports team to chip in to restore and return those BSL cars to service. Run a Nostalgia Program similar to NYCTA/MTA. Bring those trains out on opening days for the sports teams. Do special outing on PATCO and restoring the connection between the two lines.

It`s a shame to see them lanquishing.
