That is true but three W runs in each direction are put in service/terminated from CI yard on the Sea Beach line at 86th St. and make local stops using the R platforms on their way to Manhattan. This is due to lack of storage space elsewhere since the normal W route doesn't have direct access to any yard. I used to take one of the AM rush hour trains to work. |
