Faces up to life in prison. No parole concept.18 U.S.C. 1992(a)(7), which prohibits terrorist and other violent attacks against mass transportation systems, and crossed state line to carry it out. He has had 9 arrests in NY and 3 in NJ since 1992. Never a felony, so he could leaglly buy a gun. |
