Program For Mass Transit 1968.

I would like to know on what letter subway lines were proposed for the Queens Blvd subway line as part of the Program For Mass Transit 1968, they are:

-2nd Av subway south of 63rd St to Queens Blvd Connection.
-63rd St to Queens Blvd Connection.
-Woodhaven Blvd from Queens Blvd along the LIE.
-Super Express from Forest Hills to 63rd St Tunnel.
-Super Express from Fiorest Hills to 53rd St Tunnel.
-Archer Av (Springfield Blvd) to Queens Blvd.

If anyone out there knows about this pleae post it, I would appreciate it.
