The real problem is, you have a Governor IMO more concerned with getting the elusive fourth term his father failed to get to me because of both Newt Gingrich's "Contract For America" and the 1994 Baseball Strike that led to a lot of older people in NYC proper openly admitting they voted for George Pataki to get back at Clinton for not issuing an Executive Order to force the 1994 season to be played out in its entirety (this is something I wrote last August on why that strike had to happen and in that I do note the part of the strike affecting the Governor's race in '94).

That may be why Cuomo is as he is, knowing he can do the one thing his father was unable to IMO due to circumstances beyond his control.

Under another Governor, I doubt Byford resigns so easily.
