Spraying the sockets with contact cleaner went a long way in mitigating problems when swapping tubes.What sort of amps do you use? I remember that way back there was a controversy over the sound quality Fisher 500C vs the Fisher 500T with true audiophiles opting to hang onto their 500C. |
