Posted by chuchubob on Sun May 19 04:21:10 2019 SEPTA and New Hope & Ivyland Railroad combined to help celebrate the borough of North Wales' 150th anniversary by operating a NH&I train on four round trips between North Wales and Gwinedd Valley, the next station south of North Wales. I photographed the Consolidation from the platform when I detrained from SEPTA train 508. A SEPTA spokesperson then said that photography from the platform was verboten, presumably as a safety measure to avoid overcrowding on the platform.  Knoxville Locomotive Works SE15B SPAX 80 was on the south end of the train.  departing southbound
