Passengers were told first 2 cars for Kew Gardens, first 4 for Forest Hills. Then they did a modest westward extension to get in 4 cars sometime in the 1990's I believe.Flipping toggles or manning certain panels had to be a real pain in the ass between the 2 stations. |
