It is level boarding moving forwardNope; can't happen. Metra is staying with the gallery cars, which have steps and wheelchair elevators. The ADA is more than 25 years old Plessy v. Ferguson lasted 58 years before Brown v. Board of Education rendered it de facto unconstitutional. And the ADA does not build upon Brown at all. |
