So VRE's higher fare goes straight to their bottom line. Subsidy is reduced.Say that MARC went to such a system. Is it fair to say that Maryland and West Virginia will simply cut their subsidy and not cut fares ? You'll never see the benefit in you taxes. They had a near death experience this year with service beyond Brunswick. |
