Absolutely. Bellports service, even before 1998 rebuild was usable, now even more so. East of Ronkonkoma, not at all. Rush hours, Just about every train that goes through to Speonk stops, and most of the Montauk trains too. Rush hours, it's half hourly or better at that station which is fine. Medford, (even Holtsville), Yaphank, Riverhead, etc would have more usage if they had decent service. Even if it was hourly at rush hour to/from Riverhead in the least.

Its absurd that Riverhead and west doesn't have normal service.
