Yes, but they are NOT, or at least there is no concrete evidence of such anywhere aside from that article which adds circumstantial or coincidences in it, which can not be perceived as fact..The fact that that same exact design was repeated at Penn Station further takes away from the "it was for the owner of the NYT" argument. |
