So, then will the other shoe drop in year 4?When the MARC, Bi-level rehab finishes, will the LIRR seek to acquire permanently these single level cars, if MARC declares them to be surplus? Or will MARC keep them for rentals? From all of the revenue video's, they appear to be well kept and have a pleasing internal ambiance. I'll bet there is a lot of platform re-positioning by the passengers to line up with the different door locations. |
