So what if the bathrooms were in the vestibules? As long as I'm not kept from them! And the extra set of doors provide an extra "screen". :-)Are you sure they would have been difficult to retrofit? I recall that, early in the Turboliners' careers, that a Turboliner locomotive was tasked with pulling the Lake Shore Limited at least once. There was a picture of it in a book of early Amtrak photos (title was something about 1978-1979, I was a total idiot for not splurging and buying a copy at the time). |
