IIRC, they're basically FRA legal Siemens Viaggio coaches from Europe. Their European counterparts are in use as the RailJet service on Austria's main railway between Munich and Vienna at 230 km/h (140 mph) MAS. Interior floor height in the cars is about 4 feet or so if Amtrak asks nicely, Siemens might be willing to make a Northeast version if inclined...
