It is truly a magnificent structure, but they speculated far too much when building this. Even if you converted all the space in Central Terminal to different uses (apartments in the tower, etc), how long would it take for the surrounding area to develop? How long would it take for the density of downtown Buffalo to spread to Central Terminal? Until then, this station is inconvenient to the type of area that young people are moving to. |
