You're so desperate to keep a piece of history alive that you can't even see the ridiculousness of what you're suggesting. So instead of spending the money to build a decent station walking distance to downtown, you want to not only spend money restoring and maintaining a gargantuan station that will never be used to capacity in an area that will never see the density that downtown sees, but you also want to spend money on building a light rail line so that you can now sell that station as convenient to downtown. Do you not see how incredibly ass backwards that is? |
