But this is in the middle of nowhere. This is not downtown St Paul or Seattle. It's a ghetto on the edge of the city using Amtrak as a pawn.The only people who want this are a couple of local politicians, historians, and railfans trying to relive the 1960's. There is nothing to indicate rail passengers want it. |
